Spoke 9 at Trieste Next 2024: citizens challenge artificial intelligence
The 13th edition of the Festival of Scientific Research, themed “the Horizons of Knowledge”, will be held this weekend

From Friday 27th to Sunday 29th September, iNEST Spoke 9 will be present in the exhibition space of SISSA at the 13th edition of Trieste Next—the Festival of Scientific Research held every year in Piazza Unità d’Italia in Trieste, featuring more than 100 events and numerous international guests.
The main theme of this edition of Trieste Next will be “the Horizons of Knowledge”: hundreds of scientists will meet the general public and stimulate reflections on the new frontiers of knowledge and humanity. In line with this theme, researchers from the SISSA mathLab group will lead the activity Challenge Artificial Intelligence!, in which they will test citizens of all ages and make them understand the potentialities of AI. It will be an unprecedented opportunity to tell the entire city about the impact of research related to Spoke 9 themes.
